Before using the DESIGNATOR AI image generation tool, please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By accessing and using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms and conditions herein, Designs.ai grants the user a non-exclusive, worldwide, non-transferable license to use the AI image generation tool offered by DESIGNATOR. This license is only applicable to the specific type of service used by the user, such as the Imagemaker, Logomaker, or any other software as a service tool provided by DESIGNATOR.

2. User Account

This Agreement allows the creation and registration of a single user account for accessing and using the DESIGNATOR AI image generation tool. Each account is to be accessed and used by the respective user for the purposes and on terms stipulated in this Agreement.

3. Permitted Uses

Users may access and use the DESIGNATOR AI image generation tool for specific uses as outlined by the service, such as adding, altering, and modifying content for an End Product as per the terms of service provided.

4. Editorial Use

Design Resources within the Service marked “Editorial Use Only” may only be used for editorial purposes and must display the copyright notice “© Designator.ai” next to the file. These resources may not be used for commercial, advertising, or promotional purposes. Users are solely responsible for the purpose and nature of the usage of content.

5. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for any content they upload or generate using the AI image generation tool, including ensuring that the content complies with the Acceptable Use Policy and does not include sensitive personal data. Users retain ownership of their input and output, granting the right to host and use the content on the DESIGNATOR platform.

6. Additional Terms and Conditions

In addition to the main Agreement, users agree to the additional terms and conditions specified in the Appendix of the Agreement between the user and Designs.ai. All capitalized terms contained herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the main Agreement.

7. Communication Consent

By using the DESIGNATOR AI image generation tool, users consent to receive communications from Designs.ai in an electronic form and agree that all terms and conditions, agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications provided electronically satisfy legal requirements.

8. Updates to Terms and Conditions

Designs.ai may update these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in their practices or legal requirements. Users will be notified of any material changes through appropriate means.
